Hi there, how do you get them off - they wont seem to shift at all. Is is a big hammer situation?

To remove the head and strip the engine.
This doesn't seem to work, I'm applying an enormous amount of pressure and it doesn't seem to move. I don't want to damage it.
Is there any special way of doing this?

You don't need to remove to take the head off.
