i am trying to strip a 200 and wondered how i go about removing the fuel tank, only reason i ask is because if i get the heads up on how to do the job i wont have to wait for a full day of sunshine to do it.

hope someone can help me.

The rear suspension and exhaust won't cause any problems.

Drain the tank first for safety reasons, it will also make it lighter!

It's simply a matter of disconnecting the various hoses and pipes, along with the wiring loom.
Then undo the bolts securing the two retaining straps and lower the tank.
