Just seen the new Altea in www.autoindex.com, it seems everyone is doing the same thing these days...
Very TCV-ish, it even has the same swooping crease line. I hope MGR had the time to change the design and go somewhere else stylewise.

I'm sorry, but that's the first impression I had when I saw it (that it was very similar to the TCV). And probably that's what many people will see. Most buyers don't get into the details and just see a general shape. My father's partner in business can't tell a Honda Accord from a Mazda6 (and he owns an Accord)!
"oh, it's another of those new minivans..." slab sided, tall, with styled headlamps and big logos. 307, Picasso, Corolla/Verso, Golf/Touran... do you think they all look distinctive in their own right? I never saw the spy pics of the RD60, but the TCV doesn't look special enough these days.

Well I like it.

I must say that the SEAT Tango is an ace looking car, and I really must raise a glass to SEAT for sticking so closely to their concepts when so many other manufacturers water them down into mediocraty for their production versions.
