Hey Guys...

i have a 1.4 16v R25, i just replaced the cylinder head and head gasket and thermostat, done the timing all fired up happy days, but the temperature rises very high, i flushed all the hoses out as they still had a load of gunk from HG going.

I am getting heat from heaters in car, it seems to be that the water isnt flowing around the engine properly, the radiator hose becomes stupidly hot and i realised when i pulled over on a litttle test run that it had shrank in on itself (like air was being sucked out of it), so i assumed air lock, so i tried bleediing to get the "air lock" out but still same scenario im stuck for what to do next and i need to drive to birmingham on saturday!!

any help would be VERY appreciated! :tic:
