I trying to replace the LED's in my third brake light(the spoiler one) have taken the spoiler off but no clue to how to get to the bulbs without breaking something, any ideas, nothing in the haynes manual about iy either.

unscrew the red cover and they should just pull out

My red cover doesnt have screws searched everywhere, maybe the person who had the car before me glued it together for a laugh ha ha

did not know it was possible to replace the bulbs on them, thought it was a whole new lamp! but I could be wrong.

yeh they're standard push in sidelight bulbs

I'm just trying to get into the thing theres a black cover that wont come off and hearing snaps when i try to prise it, whilst its off I wanna paint it too cause its a gorgeous day

Basically my friend you will break something if you try and get it out, I done this and had to fibreglass the light fitting back together and then sprayed it, hope this helps
