I have fitted fog lights on face lift model ZR, I have had the ECU activated. The fog lamps work but you have to keep your finger on the switch, once I take my finger off the lights go out. Is the relay different on this model to previous models? Had switch tested and that was ok.

Kind Regards

Sounds like a dodgy switch to me. Probably wrong though, i'm sure someone will be along to answer correctly.

I ve got a MK1 ZR - fitted fog lights and relay switch etc but the lights dont light up, the switch lights though. Was wondering if i needed the ECU activating - how do you do it ?

The switches on the Mk2 ZR's are of a contact type switch(same as you remote control for your TV), think it's called a carbon contact, they are not locking, I suggest that you have a look at the relay.

you really need to go to the main dealer, big con but you've got to get them to activate it.
