Q1. My drivers window will not go down, it moves about an 1/2 inch then jams , motor works OK, ive had the door card off but can't see what's going on , feels like something is jamming the mechanism .
Q2. Passenger door handle from the outside will not open, (opens from inside ok),again can't see what's happening here, but I'm guessing something has come off or broke as there is a small bar/arm dangling inside the door in that area but I can't get in there. How do u remove the exterior handle?
Anybody help?

Q1, I would take the entire system out. The hinges are not very durable and can get stuck or bent. Get it working outside of the car and give it a good grease and fettle. Take a picture before removal as it’s not always obvious how it goes back in.

Can you take some pic's of the metal bar you say is dangling down? If my memory is working correctly removal of the exterior handle is done from inside the door, its a very awkward job but doable.
