Usual cause of power steering noise is low fluid level.
Power steering noise
My partner's 03 Reg ZS saloon has started to make a strange noise when going round corners sometimes. Its not very often, its a loud low moaning "oooo" noise, the other day it did it for about 15 seconds, moving the steering wheel did not stop it.
Any ideas?
