Could I just remind people to place the Name of the Model and year in the thread title, followed by the problem. It makes it a hell of alot easier when trying to assist.

Format should be:

Rover 214Si - 1996 - What oil should I use?

or

MG ZT CDTi - 2002 - Cooling Fan problem

or

Land Rover Freelander 1.8 - Power Steering problem

You get the idea
