Hello mate.

P1472 Variable intake manifold actuator 2 - valve always open Variable intake manifold actuator 2 function - valve always opened Yes
That means the VIS balance motor has gone MKE 100110 - the valve is always open.
You may choose to swap the piece for a new one or repair it.

OR it could be
P1472 Electrodrive Fan 2 Operational Failure (Passenger Side) (no slow speed fan).

How did you find out that error?
What are the symptoms exactly?
It may be an old one as well that had not been cleared.

My mecanic use the scaner in order to find the trouble
What are the symptoms exactly?
In the first start of the engine the rpms goes to 1000 and two seconds later drop to 100 / 200 some times the engine stops complety and the rest of the day still have a failure the engine does not feel perfect like in the past.
I already clean the IAC valve and try with an other IAC valve (i have two mg zt 2003) and aparently the problem is gone but I think that the best option will be to change the VIS as you recomend.
It may be an old one as well that had not been cleared.
I already scan 2 or 3 times and always delete the code and reapears again.

Sorry for my english is not to good
regards
tito
It's easy to find out: every code is known and the information I've provided is coming from the 75 & ZT Owners Club.
From your symptoms it looks you may have an air leak somewhere.
And the origin might be simple but awkward: in my case after a swap of both VIS motors for new ones the symptoms were exactly the same as yours: abnormal variations in rpm when idling.
Guess what? The mechanic had forgotten to keep the O-ring on the power VIS hence an air leak and a resulting rough idle, the ECU trying to compensate & stabilize the rpm without any success.
Once the O-ring back in place, no longer any problem. Job done!
Good luck.
