Hi all...
My MGF Trophy 160 was running wonderfully until I went over a large speed bump this afternoon - the motor cut out and the A.A. traced it to a blown 30a fuse under the bonnet, which blew again immediately as it was replaced.
The Fuse cover shows that it goes straight to the multifunction relay just before the ECU, so it looks like I've an earthing problem somewhere between front and back.
Does anyone have a diagram for the location of the wires that I'll need to trace to source the problem - or any hints and tips?
Also, my local MG specialist closed down last friday (Sewards of Grove Road, Christchurch) so I'm stuck for local specialists... any of the Mobile Mechanic brigade cover the Christchurch, Dorset area?
Hope someone can help - ROO is my only transport! (Brave, I know - but I had to have an MG again.. the withdrawal was too much to handle)
Ttfn
