That Juke is growing on me so much, I love the interior. The looks are weird but that is what will sell it as it is different from anything else, be handy if you get a discount.
i love the Juke, cracking little car........ BUT you will always be thinking if only id bought the Landie..........

i know!

i work next door to a nissan garage and see the juke every morning, although its not my colour it still looks pretty funky - or at least to me!

the only thing is the defender is more insurance, tax and diesel to run....

i still reckon ill get the defender, just want to explore all my options before i take the plunge!

it depends on this discount...i mean if i cant get it the jukes out the window anyways...

I told ya, what you need is an old landie, tax exempt, classic insurance, that way you can afford to stick a monster v8 in it :D

Defender isn't the most refined car in history though, and safety isn't the best. Juke is still British though and it is a great car.

im too scared that something will happen with it, and ill end up crying!

im the type of person that is happy to pay a little more for trouble free

i aint too fussed about refinement, i want something cool :D

didnt realise the defenders were bad for safety?

Yer no airbags even though it is so big doesn't mean it is safe, Both cars are cool and both are great, its your decision, I'd rather have the Juke but I like quiet cars. Juke will be more reliable and better built.

Depends on what you consider trouble free. More modern land rovers have more electronic gubbins to go wrong, needing a computer diagnostic to fix it. Plenty of back street specialists who will work on the older models for much cheaper fee's.

On the safety issue, you dont have all the modern safety gubbins in a defender that you will find on your average focus or whatever but then you have a massive steel girder chassis underneath you. I know what i would rather have.

tbh i aint too assed about it not having some airbags - it has to be safer than being in a smart roadster

i think ill end up with maybe a 2003/04 model thats been looked after...they seem to be in my budget quite comfortably
Gedit geddit geddit geddit geddit :hyper:

White one, black wheels :broon:

Better still, it's designed in London and built in Sunderland so even hardcore members of the FG&P will find some small sanctamonious amount of pleasure in it

Gets one with the funky LCD panel in it, it's got a GTR style G meter in it which has zero practical use but more pose than a pair of Jimmy Choos

We like defenders but they're ******* horrible as a daily driver.
15% off a Juke....? I'd jump at the chance!
Unless you do a-lot of off-roading, get the Juke.

Easy to find in a car park - unless they becoming ultra popular.
