Guys,

Any idea how much a new rear bumper in starlight silver is going to set me back because i thought it would be fun to reverse into a wall!

I've been to Longbridge today and they can't help me at the minute and couldn't give a ball park figure.

Any ideas where i can pick them up from?

Ah, good idea, how much did the new front bumper set you back? Did they have to re-spray it or did they order in your coulor?
I'm not at liberty to disclose cost, but it was a very good price afaic. It was re-sprayed, and I defy anyone to see any colour difference.

I've found that bumper on ebay. What do you guys think becuase I don't have a clue about paint jobs? I mean if its primed ready to paint on will there by any scratches on the bumper which will need to be sanded out??

If i buy the bumper for £90 (that inc's P+P)

what other costs am i going to incur? how much is the paint job going to cost me, i go to say the mgf centre??

I have spoken to a friend of mine tonight who has heard about my little wall incident and he says a new bumper is going to cost me about £450.

Here's the ebay link:

Any feedback you all have would be great.

Before you buy off ebay I think you should speak to the MGF Centre for a pre painted bumper, they will also fit it for you very cheaply. You also need to find a local spray place for a price as well, (this is difficult tho as you have no idea really as to the condition of a bumper bought off ebay), just for comparison. I personally would go with MGFC, you won't be dissapointed.
