New R25 or Streetwise?

694 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Martin_H
My father in law is in the market for a brand new or six month old 3 door R25/Streetwise/CityRover, a cash transaction up to £7,500. A Streetwise would be more appropriate - he is 81 and could do with the higher seating position but I have a feeling we are a little under budget. Do you think I'm being too hopeful or are there any good deals out there?

Thanks for your time everyone. He went for a brand new Ford Fiesta in the end. It was such a good deal that no other car got a look in. He's chuffed to bits as his insurance is £100 cheaper, he has the cheap tax, fuel economy between 40-50 mpg and above all got £2000 off a £9,000 car.
