Just over a year ago I replaced my compliance bushes
As the originals had lasted 18 years
I notice the genuine
Ones are made in india
They used to be made in uk , i have now bought a poly bush set
From Glen at Mg Mania ltd , hopefully they will
Last a long time , at least all the bolts came out easy as i replaced with new and copper
Slipped

That sounds very odd. Are you sure the ones you fitted previously were genuine MGR ones?

What way did they fail and did you have any problems fitting them?

It sounds like this isn’t the first time you have replaced the compliance bushes (I mean the set fitted last year)? If this is case it does sound like something is a miss with the suspension, perhaps putting too much strain on the bushes.
