In the glove copartment fusebox are 2 relays - 1 is a square yellow relay and the other is a smaller, rectangular relay which is black in colour.

I believe that the yellow relay controls the fuel pump but don't know what the black one does. Can anyone confirm/tell me please?

Thanks in advance.

As always, it depends.................

There can be up to 5 relays in the passenger fusebox:

fuel pump
rear wiper (tourer)
powerwash
reverse lamp (auto boxes only)
fuel pump (diesel only)

I'm guessing you have a CDT and the other therefore is the additional fuel pump relay. If not then take your pick :)

Yes, it's the CDT Automatic which has headlamp powerwash fitted.
