The date of first registration of my TF is also 30/06/04 and, as far as I know it was pre registered and only actually sold in September 2004, so MG Rover must have been short of cars registered in the second quater of 2004. and registered some to get their numbers to look better.

 

Mine will be 10 on July 17th, my Sons 20th birthday, thats 2 cards i need to buy now

It's not technically a "Date of Birth" as such, just a date of first registration. So although the car may be three years old according to the DVLA, it may actually be four as the car may have sat in dealer stock or in a holding compound for a while.

 

Well yeah, but as I don't have the conceived date it'll have to do. I did adopt him with no history and loved him since. So this is the best date to have....

 

So it's been confirmed now it's gone up to £250 a year tax

 

Those extra 10 grams per kilometre don't come cheep.

Just checked mine-30/03/05!! no wonder she's been cold to me today (heater packed up!)

Mine was 12 on 26th january and just turned over to 34k!! Mind I have done 10k since last July as it had 24k on the clock when I bought it!
