I would check the state of all four rear subframe mounts, they are known to rot but, in this case, it may just need a wire brush, rust converter and paint.
The suspension pin or bush is somewhat vague, looking at cars annual mileage I am not sure I would worry too much about it, I wouldn’t be surprised if next year the issue isn’t picked up!
