Modified VVC engine quick sale and other various parts
I have for sale my VVC engine which I took out of my VI to fit a Turbo engine.
The engine has had the following upgrades which are basically the same as the DVA power K06a kit: http://www.s262612653.websitehome.co.uk/#vvc170kit
I have never had it RR'd but according to the mods and coupled with a decent free flow catback and aftermarket air filter (for sale below) it should be around the 170BHP mark.
ZR 160 ported and polished cylinder head (worth over ÂŁ500 itself) pics can be seen of the work done to it.
All valve seats recut, valve seals replaced, replaced all guides.
Valves have been back cut for improved flow.
Piper upgraded exhaust cam including cam timing advance using offset dowels
MLS gasket.
Comes with the following:
Ported exhaust manifold.
Inlet manifold
All hoses
Radiator
clutch and Gearbox
Drive shafts
52mm Throttle body.
Magnecor ignition leads.
Engine loom
Mounts
Throttle cable
ECU and matching 5AS, key fob
The engine ran perfectly before I pulled it and has been stored in a dry place and wrapped up.
I will also fit a new cambelt to it prior to sale as I have one kicking about, the engine is then ready to drop straight in.
PLEASE DON'T ASK ME FOR PICS OF IT UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING IT AS IT IS STORED OUT OF THE WAY AND WRAPPED UP WELL AND IT WOULD BE AN ARSE FOR ME TO GET IT OUT AND UNWRAP IT.
ALL OF THE ABOVE FOR ÂŁ500. THIS IS A REAL SILLY PRICE FOR WHAT'S BEEN DONE TO IT AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH IT, THE HEAD IS WORTH THAT ALONE. CHECK OUT THE COST OF THE PARTS AND WORK IT OUT AND YOU'LL SEE IT'S A BARGAIN! I NEED THE PENNIES FOR ANOTHER TURBO CONVERSION AND THE SPACE.
I also have both the front subframes for sale at ÂŁ10 for forward member and ÂŁ20 for the rearward member including rack and pipes or ÂŁ25 for both.
I basically have everything for a full conversion, would be good for someone to fit to a kit car too.
Rear axle from a Vi including Brake discs, calipers, hand brake cable, anti roll bar e.t.c, Basically everything for a straight swap to fit to a 200/25/ZR.
The only problem is one of the calipers has a perished piston dust seal which has caused the piston to attract some corrosion and can sometimes cease. All it needs is either a new piston and seal or just replace the whole caliper.
Due to this I'm knocking it out at a silly price for ÂŁ40.
Front Calipers from a 600Ti turbo, these are the bigger 282mm calipers used as a popular brake upgrade for a ZR/200/25 ÂŁ50
150 mph Speedo clocks from a Vi ÂŁ10
Dash pocket from a ZR to fit a 200/25/ZR ÂŁ15
Full set of half leather seats blue/yellow matrix check from a 3 door ZR. These are in very good clean condition except for some damage to the right hand side bolster on the drivers seat. The damage is minimal and just has some small holes that were caused by a screwdriver in my pocket. Could be easily repaired with a vinyl repair kit. Fit 200/25/ZR
Due to this going real cheap at ÂŁ50
Spare wheel with brand new tyre 200/25/ZR ÂŁ10.
MFU from a 200 with fuse box ÂŁ10
BMC CDA air box with silicon elbow, the large one, no air feed and a home made clamp so going for ÂŁ50
Pair of MGRover original 200/25/ZR/45 fog lights with surrounds ÂŁ20
Would much prefer collection for the bigger items and would be willing to meet someone halfway for the cost of petrol as long as the distance is reasonable or I don't mind couriering it as long as the shipping is paid. Everthing else is subject to P&P.
