I have been reading through the previous posts, and have become most intrigued with the idea of changing my throttle bodie for a larger one.

Would it fit my car???
Metro GTi MPI 1991 silver alloy inlet plenum.

If not would it be possible with a bit of modification.

And finally is it a part that MGR keep in stock.

Thanks.

You wouldn't get the Trophy TB to fit, without loads of work.

Your TB houses the stepper motor [which controls the idle speed]....the Trophy TB doesn't, it's a seperate item on the later engines.

I don't know if the T Series turbo TB is any bigger.....that would fit [I think...] fairly easily.

If you want blistering performance, best junk the 1400 unit and slip in the 1800cc VVC Unit - I did this back along and used to have great fun at the traffic lights....:) :D :)
