MG3 issue

Hi all. My 2015 MG3 ignition switch has just failed. The key wont turn to the 1 point and the steering wheel is not locked.
Anyone else has this problem and if so, what was the fix?
Also, if anyone is interested, I have finally been able to reset the service miles using a launch crp129e scan tool.
