Hi all just in case this happens to you! the wife's MG3
(No not the clutch sticking down !)
had an issue resulting in the RAC not bothering to recover her home ! (Another story, for another time!)
Well I went to check it out (After RAC not turning up for two hours!)
Sure enough clutch was dragging & seeing as home was only some two miles away, I managed to put it in second and start the car & drive with great care ! home.
RESULT ! After several Hydraulic clutch bleeds & re bleeds still not rectifying it I got the gearbox off & found the issue.
This has not been seen by me in my experience over the years :-

Ordered a replacement Item & await delivery for refit !
(On closer inspection I discovered a crack already starting on the remaining end too ! Bad design people !)
