I may be upgrading my Rover 200Vi's suspension soon.

I'm working out how much the job would cost.

Number 1 on the list to Fit original MG ZR 160 springs and dampers.

doe's anyone have a good set going spare?

it has to 160 as it has even stiffer suspension than the 105/120

pm me please.

I live in Cheshire BTW

Hell no, the ZR has 44%+ front, 43%+ rear stiffer springs and dual rate dampers, the Vi is ok at 7/10ths, past that they wollow and fall apart handling wise, just to soft for me.

the rear springs and shocks are identical throughout the ZR range. Like the front dampers are. its only the springs that are different. Thats going on part numbers from the March EPC.

infact, the rear springs are all the same too. Its the front springs that are different. They're the same rating as the 220 turbo ones funnily enough :)

They definitley are from a 160, as I had the rear discs which come on the back of a 160 ;)

Were the rear disks solid or vented?

see the 120 and 115 tdi have solid rears.

only the 160 has vented 262mm rears

I have 160 setup front and rear. the rears are not vented, the fronts are 282mm vented and the rear are 260 (if i remember rightly) solid, not vented!

ZR160 set up:-

Fronts - 282 x 25mm vented disks
Rears - 260 x 10mm solid disks.
