You're changing your exhaust because your neighbours don't like the noise??

I'm sorry but if it were me i'd tell em where to shove it, or tell them you'll change it if they pay for a nice brand new one. Why should you spend money just because they don't like it.

Just my opinion but its your car and you can do with it what you want. If they don't like it tough.

There are 2 houses for sale in my neighborhood if that helps :lol: Here we are more noise oriented...angle grinders to fix a drive (that takes some months), lawn mowers with engines like they came out of a 2 stroke yamaha bike and more. Apply within for details :lol:
