Have you checked fluids? When did you last change the cam belt?

I have tried puting more fuel in even though the gauge showed plenty ,the key fob locks and unlocks the doors and re sets the immobiliser.
But would things like the inertia switch ,lack of fluids or cambelt, make the hazards lights flash as soon as the ignition is turned to on ?

thanks for the replies and help so far

if the inertia switch has triggered it brings the hazards on and unlocks all the doors

Join the AA, then get them to have a look, they tend to have a pretty good knowledge of this kinda thing, plus you get the added bonus of having them for the rest of the year! Plus you won't need to get homestart since its not at home.

Oh rite, fair enough. Ive had it before where they come and diagnose the problem and were much better than the RAC.

Although don't the AA do a service that is just a tow home service? Surely it would be more expensive for them to tow you somewhere anyway.

Don't know, good luck anyway.
