the company is z and f tuning mate i would think th t16 is the better conversion

 

Depends what your among for I guess. The t is a very very heavy engine

 

The T series conversion is very common and fairly straight forward nowadays!

He's talking about the 1.8 K series Turbo from the 75 for example, which has been fitted to ZR's but it's still quite a rare conversion (as you need the map from ZandF amongst other things).

 

I was just thinking of something different and as i have a dead 75 1.8T sitting on my drive it kinda makes sense

Did you have yours re-mapped? how much did they charge and did you just send the ecu to them?

 

I did, think it was about £230 and I drove up with the ECU, but you can post it to them.

Not yet, want to get the rest of the mods done first (probably in March/April when its warmer) then i'm planning on it. Anything over 180BHP @ 250Nm and i'll be a happy man!
