Shocking, that’s the experience we had yesterday on picking up our new MG HS having to use a dongle for the DAB is laughable, and in less than 50 yards the digital display doesn’t work. Could not adjust any of the controls.
Been in the car trade for 20 years never come across a new car that’s needs a dongle for the dab. Left the car with the dealership took a Citroen loan car home, a little c3 that’s better than the MG.

Never had any problems myself..had it since sept 15th without issue..
Love it to bits..same ad my wife.
My only grudge is..no cd player..have to transfer my music to a usb stick.
And the antennae problem..that no one has contacted me about replacing the window one. I wonder if others are still waiting for it to be sorted

Yeh still waiting never used the usb to get it working just use my phone for music

I've today picked up my new MG HS Exclusive and according to the dealership MG are not going to replace the temporary windscreen aerials they are now a permanent fixture. Apparently they would prefer to get the cars into the dealerships rather than wait an age for the chips. They are not planning on issuing any recalls.
