Just spotted an MG 3 on the road in Tamworth. Was heading up the A5 so im guessing it was heading to the Mira test centre.

Looked to be uk spec aswell as it had alot bigger wheels than previous pics. Looked more like the zero concept wheels. Surprised it wasn't camouflaged to be honest.

Mira testing is the last stages of the process isn't it?
Well it's not far off release now is it.

PS. :nopics:
Thought it wasn't due till early next year?

Thats been the rumour but its all guess work, MG have never confirmed officially when it plans to launch it. Even the final proving stages can take a long time though.

I dunno about you I can't drive at 60mph, get a phone out my pocket then take a pic of a car going in the opposite direction in the few seconds it takes before it's gone past

You should have gone after it, pics to Autoexpress. ;)
Did you notice whether it was RHD?
Unfortunatly I didn't see. By the time I'd realised what it was I only had about 2 seconds to look at it before it had gone past.

It defiantly wasn't the usual Chinese spec we've seen. As said it looked to have the same wheels as the Zero. Not sure on any other changes as I didn't have time to look.
Probably was that one but it's had the wheels changed. They defiantly wern't straights, the spokes pertruded from the wheel to much.

Its interestign to see we may have wheel options from the older range, I recon it would look smart on Addendums and Gridspokes. :broon:
Good to know they might not be going with those horrible tiny Chinese spec wheels as they really spoil the look of the car - the white one above looks good :broon:
They look odd, they are an old design of old MG's on a brand new completly different model BUT MG ZS Mk2's would look smart ! :broon:
Not to mention being able to fit the newer wheels to older models.
