Have you checked the brake pads recently? There is a squeal shim that is designed to squeal on braking when the pads are low.
Mine do it a little even though my pads are fine on my 600.

Possibly. Check that the pads aren't worn out. Also try cleaning all of the old brake dust out. Lastly when reassembling where the pads slide on the caliper apply some copper grease to these contact points and also smear the back of the pads with copper grease. (Obviously don't get grease on the disc or the friction part of the pad!). The copper grease can reduce brake squeal as can removing the brake dust and making sure the pads are free to move in the carrier.

My neighbours wedge Rover does this, sounds like an old steam train brakes when the reverse in the morning.
