I've got some new bushes for the lower Rear suspension arm on our 45. Does it matter which side they are pressed in from or is that just on the trailing arm? I've just put new bushes next to spaces where they need to go and it looks like a really tight fit. I've heard freezing the bushes overnight helps. Any other advice/comments welcome as I've not done this before.

Same process as Honda and there are a lot of how-to videos online. e.g.:

I highly recommend buying/hiring the correct press tool, and depending on the state of the trailing arms you might want to remove the arms completely rather than 'hang them down' to do the job.
