leaky boot

Check the light seals and if the numberplate is screw fitted there also. Check under the rear window for drips. You will also find massive amounts of condensation in this weather too. The boot seals are usually OK but can leak with age.

Common area was the weld at the top of the boot to rear bult head. If the mastic has worn through.
