Sorry, just a quick question guys, has anybody ever had or seen a K-Series where the cylinder head and/or head bolts have sheered off ?

I would imagine there have been a couple of incidents of stretch bolts breaking, havent heard of any personally though.

Nope and I wouldn't want to be in the same county whilst all that is going on. Some idiot on the 4Car Forums reckons it's a major K-Series design flaw, along with the K-Series being prone to catching fire and so on.

catching fire, wouldnt that be a fuel injector problem?

if its on the 4car forum its probably the gas given off by the bull excrement on there thats caught fire , just done a search on here and nothing , if it had happened it would be on here surely

What in the bejaysus could possibly catch fire unless it was an electrical fault.
