Okay so now I have your attention with the title.

I'm in need of some help in the Brighton area, I've taken the front hubs off to replace the wheel bearing only to find one of the brake disks is so stuck to the hub a crowbar doesn't even help. Any suggestions.

The other thing is getting the bearing pressed in, does anyone know of a local friendly garage with a press?

You will almost certainly have to hit the disk with a lump hammer. If you want to reuse it then try hitting it onto the hub at the centre. This might be enough to shock it off. When you put it back, clean the faces thoroughly with a wire brush and scraper. Then use a smear of copper slip vetween them and between the wheel and disk.

....and after each hit, rotate the disc 180 degs, just had to do the same to my rear discs to get them off
