Ok , mastered washing my 214/25. Iv'e been using as reccommended , autoglym body shampoo and meguiars water magnet.
I must admit the blue of the 214 comes up much better after being washed, probably as its old and a bit faded. The gold 25 comes up nice but not to different from before probably due to it having decent paintwork.
The thing is now what ?
i want to polish it was lookin at the autoglym super resin, any good? what process will i be looking at?
i have gliptone liquid leather on the way for my interior !!!

oh for the blue si i used to use, colour magic blue, since theres no colour magic gold i thought i should ask what polish to use

Wash, Clay, Wash, Dry, Polish, Seal, Wax. (Emps' guide to cleaning)

Clay with Megs Clay and Quik Detailer kit - use lots of lube. SRP is great. Will probably benefit from two layers. Then top with a sealant and wax.:)

carlack should give a great finish on gold.

For polish if you want to go carlack route, use the carlack pack linked above, it contains a very good polish, much like SRP but doesn't stain plastic trim and a great sealant.
