I very much doubt it as the design and assembly is not symmetrical. Why do you want to change it?

Get an early honda stalk set up they were opposite handed
As the other way round is the proper way for a RHD car... IE you can indicate and change gear at the same time.I very much doubt it as the design and assembly is not symmetrical. Why do you want to change it?
