I recently bought new panels and carpeting for my 1974 MGB and I threw away my old panels (how stupid, I know) so now I am having trouble finding the correct spots to drill holes in the panels. I was thinking making a template out of aluminum foil first and then trying to find the screw holes...but if you all have any ideas, then that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had pictures of the MGB top cover where the top screws go through the panel near the door (3 screws) because I am having trouble getting the assembly screwed down correctly.

Any help on this would be more than great!

You could get some brown paper (the sort used for rapping packages) and cut and stick to where the panels will fit and then using a pencil or crayon rub over the fixing hols and they may show up on the paper.
