Usually, the first time you realise an indicator bulb has blown, the warning light comes up on the panel and the indicator flash rate doubles in speed. This happened to me the other day but before I could stop and get out to see which one, the warning light went out and the flash rate returned to normal.
Every now and then the light would come back on, go off, come back...

Finally I got a chance to get out the car with the warning light on, the flash rate in hyper mode and, yep, there was the side light flashing quickly, the front indicator flashing quickly... and the back one, also flashing quickly!?

What? Does anyone have any ideas? Anyone with previous experience of this?

sounds like either the front or back buld is on its way out or has a dodgy conntact persoanlly id spend a few quid and replace all fron and rears 1st before getting worried , that way you have ruled a dying bulb out , i dont think the sides failing make the speed increase but i cud be wrong that or a sticky relay ?
