Hi,

I'm new to this forum, but have been a lurker for a while.

Unfortunately, I have to let me beloved ti go (wife enforced).

I have had it since 1997 and it's only done 45 thousand miles.

When bought, I had it lowered and a facory-fitted Rover body kit applied.

Also, had 17" Momo wheels added.

It's Oxford Blue and is in immaculate condition outside & inside, with a 6 CD auto-changer.

I would like it to go to a good home, so wold prefer to sell it to a Rover fan.

I will post some pictures later, but please feel free to drop me a reply.

I'm not sure if I can post my email address, but lt me know and I will.

Cheers,
Nick.

To be honest, the first thing many people will do is look at what the on line valuations are for this car to check the price.

If you do this for your car, you get values of less than £800 (mileage considered). But you're asking for £3000?

Maybe this is why you are having trouble selling? I fully believe that your car is a really good example, but i don't think any 600 will fetch even £2k now. I sold a very good 97 R plate sldi a couple of years ago and only got £1k for it then.

That's a fair point. I should have added I am not expecting £3k for it now.

If anyone offers me near £2k, I will consider it.

Interesting point about the SW Autodesigns kit. I saw this on a showroom car before I asked for mine to be enhanced.

You learn something every day :¬)

Nice car......but IMHO, I reckon you'll be very lucky to get £1500......I reckon £1250 is about right which is a shame coz it does look very good, the age is whats going to do it.....good luck though:broon:
