One of the members of this site (I forget who) used that logo before. It was in his avatar 'Over? Never'.

If someone could claim copyright, and this joker was in breach of that copyright, that person could put a stop to his nonsense.

Seems Uncle Bob wants people to bid on Live 8 tickets, offering millions, then not pay. Well, if he says such behaviour is alright then, it would be silly to ignore a Knight of the realm... :devil:

I'm afraid youve got that wrong...He's far from a "con artist"....Negative ratings from only 6 ebay members out of 1178 transaction actually says the over 99% of his transactions have had positive feedback..............and it isnt fraud either, or couterfeit goods....it might have been if it had said "ROVER"........

ok i was wrong its ok then to have 7 bad feedback over 12 month i only sold 102 items over the last 12 month i have 100 % feedback you do nothing wrong thats what it should be, plus i know he is not using the rover name ,but he is using the badge to make money.

I got to 500 with no negatives...........then i got 4 cheating sellers who gave me tit for tat negatives. A lot of ebay users seem to give negatives without giving the seller a chance to put the problem right.
