How would I fit these?

Well firstly, 'Don't!!!!' lengthen the cathode wire, it will dim the cathode immensly! You can try buying the cathode extenders but I doubt that they will keep the full brightness.

I can take pics of what I did, lengthen the cable that goes from a 12v source to the convertor, trail that back along the car (my cathode is at the back on the roof in the middle) then up the behind the side plastics. The made 2 small holes in the roof carpet, underneath where the convertor and cathode would go, then weave a cable tie in and out the them, and zip the convertor up, its hard to explain without showing you a pic, then I did the same with my cathode.

EDIT/ To connect mine to the 12v line, I have made up a lead with a ciggarette lighter on one end and then a 12v PC molex plug on the other, this way I can just add onto the chain as most products come with one molex for power and other to connect another product too. This is operated by to switches, one main switch underneath the handbrake, and a sub switch (which is just for the interior neons) on the right hand side of the steering wheel where the 3 blanking plates are
