looks like the clips are broken ,very common best just replace the repeater.

Hello guys and girls. I've got a small problem with my car and haven't been able to find a guide online. I would attempt at tackling it myself but I don't want to damage the body/paint work as I am unsure on how to do it.
So here's the problem;
The front left side indicator is not in the panel (see pictures). I tried to push it back in back it is too difficult and I am concerned it will damage the body work if I try anymore. So if any of you could be a star and tell me how to fix it I will be very grateful.

The clips are either knackered or it has just popped out, you slide and pull to get it out. Just get a new set from ebay.
