Hi pal. Your back box shouldn't be a problem as I had the same problem when I took mine in fit it's Mot I wast just advised verbally but then it all depends on the tester it well to his/her descretion. But your cv boot need replacin coz mine gad a crack and it failed on that but again it depends on the tester the seat belt that I'm note sure about.
