Nto sure he said he needs the locking tool to remove the wheel?

please HELP

will a normal universal locking nut remover work?
Ah

Ah, so you have locking nuts with no key?

Ebay for a key,

I got the guy to remove mine using a socket set but i had to replace the nuts

If it is the cover over the locking nut then again when i lost my cheap ass plastic tool i CAREFULLY used a set of thin pliers.

You may have to get them off yourself as i dont think the garage will what to take the blame should the wheels get scratched

Hi MG ZR women, is it a tool to remove the locking nut or to remove the cover that goes over the wheel nuts?

the cover being this:

If it is just to remove the cover, then I just use my house key in the small square slot and pull it out with that :)

If it is a locking nut removal key, then each keys different (depending on the brand / shape of the nut etc), are you sure you dont have one in the spare wheel footwell ( or underneath the boot carpet, which is where I first found mine ) ?

If not, have a look on the locking nut to see if there is anyway to identify it or take a picture? :) Failing that then maybe try to find a local mg rover garage that might have a full set of keys and could tell you which key you need ( provided it is a mg rover locking nut)

good luck

As said it's usually with the jack and tools in boot.
If not then a universal will possibly get them off. Irwin bolt remover also would.
