My rear upper inner heims joints have play, reported by my suspension specialist. Where are these heims joints. I have looked at the suspension diagram and cannot find them. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

According to google a heims joint is a rose joint which a tf or f does not have. BUT I would surmise he means the upper suspension arm inner joint that the shock absorber is also bolted to.

Thanks David.C, I failed to mention it was in the MGTF. I am reassured by your answer that there are no heims joints in the F and TF because I crawled all over the suspension and also examined suspension diagrams without finding any. I agree that it must be the join that the shock is bolted too. I will be meeting him next week. He has just finished renewing the bushings on the front upper arm, and had to lower the sub-frame to get access to the bush. We have been trying to find out why the TF was not handling as well as the MGF and the clue for that problem was when the damaged bush fell out.
