Asked this in the ice Section but know one knows.

Where are the cross overs for the front speakers in a 75?

I've looked in the doors and cannot find them.

Can i just connect the wires that were comming into the woofer into the new infinity cross over and then wire the new speakers up this way?

i would like to find the original cross over and replace it if anyone knows where it is.

Thanks

The crossovers are passive on the 75 speakers and are attached to the rear cones of either the woofer or tweeter. (Sorry cant remember which). What I mean is you'll find the tweeter is joined to the woofer by a +ve and -ve cable.

What you need to do is take the main +ve and -ve wires that feed the woofer (from the door), and run these as the inputs to your new active crossovers. Then, on your crossover, you should have an output for the woofer and an output for the tweeter. Wire these up normally and away you go!!

A good place to mount the crossovers (if they are not too deep) is on the inside of the doorcard just below the arm rest mould (if that makes sense). Otherwise, on the rear side of the door itself (try to keep it away from the SIP bar).
