Hi all, not very technical or Rover specific I know, but...

I just bought a new rear number plate. The old one must have flown away.

What's the best way of fixing it please? Just want to get it right first time.

Apparantly there's a tape you can use, is this enough? Or should I screw it? If so, any tips on drilling the holes, ie what type of bit to avoid damaging the plate?

Cheers!

Just get some self adhesive double sided pads. You can get special ones, but I found ordinary stationary ones are just as good. Don't drill into the car you will cause it to rust.

yes halfords do sticky strips specially for the job, clean the numberplate backing with a little white spirit to remove any grease, give car paint a good clean also, i have used theese strips mant times, work very well,
