I was wondering it you can fit an F rear bumper on a TF?

Yes it is.
It just sits too high for my liking..

The bottom edge of the bumper doesnt follow the lines of the car..

Hence why I chopped mine and lowered it 40mm
I just fancy some easy options for the moment but I'm pretty sure some chopping may not be too far down the line.......
I have the f rear bumper on my 2002 TF. I think it provides a smoother look to the car and shows of the TT exhaust a little better.
Have you any pics you could share David?

Update

Well the F bumper arrived and it's fitted but my jury is still out. I love the rear view and think it goes well with the DTM style pipe ends but side on, looking at the full shot of the car it doesn't look quite right.

I have some muddies that I am going to code, I think this may add two things; help fill the void between the rear wheel (obviously) thus disguising the height difference between the sill and the bottom of the bumper and two, give a little more width and depth from the rear aspect.

Needs a grille too!!

Thanks. Is that with or without a spoiler? Without a spoiler I think the TF boot is a better design too. It's ironic though, as I often think the F boot lends itself better to a spoiler given the TF boot is considered by some to have a spoiler by design and doesn't require one. Personally, I feel both the F and TF looks better balanced with a spoiler..... just my preference.
I think your original bumper looks better, but I guess you don't like it hence fitting the F bumper.
I like them all to be honest, just like experimenting/change and sharing the experience/feedback.

I'll add a grille and coded flaps and see how that looks......:)
