exhausts??

hi i have owned my mg zr 1.8 120, for about a month now and think its time for a new exhaust, but i dont want it to sound raspy, i like more of a deep engine tone (but not too loud), i have about £200 to spend and i have looking to buy a backbox only but could strech and get a mid pipe if that will give better sounds, does anyone know of any good makes that would give this sound?
