not sure if it could be either spark plugs, vacuum leak or the exhaust o2 sensor. The car starts and stutters at idle and then when i give it throttle it stutters and is really slow as it climbes up to 2 or 3k rpm and sometimes stalls when doing this. It had just happened one day when the car turned over and it was just ruff. It even started to idle at 2k rpm when i looked at the issue today.

Is it losing coolant? If so, it could be an internal inlet manifold gasket leak…

That fast idle does suggest a vacuum leak to me. You could pop the hose between the inlet manifold and the brake booster off at the manifold for a few seconds and if there's no change in the idle, it would tend to confirm vacuum rather than your other options.

Caveat: if you manipulate the throttle with the vacuum house disconnected, be prepared to switch the ign off in a hurry - the rpms can climb really quickly and stay high.
