I have the above printer/scanner/copier (with card reader).I have used it for printing,copying and uploading photos from SD card to computer.I have recently tried scanning and got message "no scanner found".I contacted the tech help dept who sugested downloading update.It comes as a zip file and, as I have Winzip,thought no problem.Now the problem,do I download to My Documents then unzip?If so what do I do with it then?I take it I have to get it into Programes some how?
W98 SE by the way.

It might be an automatic one. Download it & see.

If not, unzip it to somewhere you can find it again, and install the new drivers via Device Manager.

Windows 98? Blimey! Didn't think anyone used that anymore.
